ASM: 1. When the first issue of Amazing Spiderman came out, Stan Lee apparently forgot the name of lead character for a few panels. Instead of Peter Parker, he called him Peter Palmer.

ASM 31. Stacy, Flash Thompson, Harry Osborne, and Peter Parker are all freshmen entering Empire State University. In this panel, Gwen Stacy makes her first appearance in ASM. Steve Ditko is doing the drawings.

ASM 31: Gwen sees Parker for the first time. I guess it is unfair to say they "meet." Parker is so concerned with the stricken health of his Aunt May, that he isn't aware of his surroundings. Steve Ditko is doing the drawings.
