Watched Where Eagles Dare on Netflix over the weekend. Liked Clint Eastwood, but the movie wasn't done well. Grade: C+.

Watched Goin South on Amazon. Not good. Jack's nasal voice was a real loser. Grade: D+.

Last Days of Patton

Watched The Last Days of Patton on Netflix. For some reason, it connected with me. Don't know if it was because I'm a George C. Scott fan. But I enjoyed it, and was genuinely saddened. Grade: A.

Sling Blade

Watched Sling Blade on Netflix. Couldn't believe that was Billy Bob Thornton. Excellent job on the acting. Grade: A.

The Taking of Pelham One Two Three

Just watched the 1974 version of The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3. A bit corny. I liked Robert Shaw. Matthau was alright. The last scene was stupid. Still, I can't help but be entertained by the corniness of the 70s genre. Grade: B/B-
