The Ninth Gate

Was good for a while, when it seemed like a detective story. But got sensational and goofy toward the end. I'm such an idiot, I had to have the last scene explained to me by Wikipedia. Grade: B.

Stoned

Saw this movie on Netflix, Stoned, about Brian Jones. I guess the murder thesis has real credibility. I was disturbed by that. Movie was decent. Grade: B.

Natural Born Killers

Tender Mercies

Just watched a movie on Netflix with Robert Duval, Tender Mercies (1983). It was great! Grade: A. My only complaint is that we never hear what happens to the songs Duval's character had written and helped perform toward the end of the movie.

The Big Lebowski

Quite possibly one of the funniest movies ever made. Grade: A+
